Licensed Realtor for over 51 years. He has sold thousands of homes and been involved in thousands of leases. John took over the family business 20 years ago, Reeves just celebrated its 52nd Anniversary. John understands the single family rental business and owns about a hundred properties himself.

Martha Reeves

Martha is a retired Mobile County School Teacher with a Master’s Degree in Educational Media from the University of South Alabama.  Martha and John have been married for over 35 years and have two daughters, Rachael and Tommie. Martha specializes in various government housing programs and lease renewals.

Rachael Reeves

Rachael has a Degree from Samford University as well as a Master’s Degree from Auburn. We look to Rachael to keep us one step ahead of the advances in Technology and Marketing. Rachael also has her Alabama real estate license.

Tommie Reeves

She graduated from Auburn University with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance. Tommie is now a licensed real estate agent and helps with the day to day operations around the office.

Heather Callaghan

Heather has proudly served as a property manager for the past four years. She values the relationships she builds with residents, vendors, and property owners, working closely with each of them to ensure properties are cared for and operations run smoothly. From coordinating repairs and maintenance to preparing leases and managing renewals, Heather approaches every responsibility with dedication and attention to detail.

Cindy Hall

Cindy has been in residential property management for over 21 years in Mobile. As one of the property managers in the office, she enjoys helping clients find the right home for their needs and well as keeping our owners informed on all aspects of their investment such as, property inspections, lease renewals, maintenance, and processing applications. 

Hannah Garcia

Hannah has experience in interior design and construction with her father’s construction company. Her bilingual skills and prior Airbnb management are invaluable assets.
